Lapse UI v.1.2.1
Description

Lapse UI v1.2.1
Widescreen

Official Site :: www.lapseofreason.info

This UI features only the mods required to give the "look and feel" to the screenshots you see. Basically any other mods you wish to run such as Altas, Cartographer, SW Stats or BigWigs you will have to download yourself and install them as you normally would. I don't intend this mod pack to give you everything you will need but the basics, the rest I will leave to you.

Help!

Hey i was wondering what REZ you use cause i cant get it to look exactly like you have it. do i have to physically move everything to where you have it or are the profiles suppose to do that for me? also i keep getting an error that says im missing a file in the C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\Ace2\AceConsole-2.0. I think it said its a file lib but i dunno atm...cause servers are down for maintenance. Please help

I notice in your raid shot you are using GRID, but you don't have GRID included. any chance of getting your SV files for GRID or having GRID included?

Nevermind, I need to learn to read the previous comments.

Version 1.2.0 out now!

Hi All

Ok v1.2.0 is out many many changes, I've really tired to get the memory usage down as well, at best this addon pack uses 25 meg which I'm really happy with. I've also (fingers crossed) solved many of the installation issues by moving most of the settings to the "default" profiles within the Ace2 mods. However if you still experience difficulties remember to copy from my profiles using the Rock configuration tool. I've of course updated all these addons and Rock seems much much better.

I've also changed the fonts due to layout issues so hopefully things will be much easier to read, well I think so anyway. Also I've altered the unit frames and made things a bit neater. See the change log for full details.

I hope this version is better and I hope you like it.

Saul

hmm..ok,i must have overlooked it then.i went into profiles for pitbull but didnt notice your name.just saw the default and the usual "class","char from sever",typical selections that are in pitbull.but i most likely overlooked it i guess-although the setup that was for default was for sure not the normal "default" for pitbull hehe.thanks for the reply

edit-still didnt work even after selecting your profile and reloading, matter of fact it was full of errors..not your fault though i dont think.its that new rock config and fubar both being crap at the moment

Hi Moondoggy

It is to do with the profiles for the Ace mod, notably Pitbull. I would suggest that you go into the Rock config tool and select Pitbull. Then Profiles, select a profile for your character and thendo "Copy From" and pick saulhudson or another one of my profiles included in the pack. Then reloadui. You will probably need to do the same for bartender and such.

I have released this is a bit of a problem so I will probably setup the "default" profile on all the Ace mods to look like my screenshots that way as soon as you install the mod pack a few more things should look right. I will probably release a new version either tonight or tomorrow morning.

Thanks

Yes indeed my raid frame as well as MT targets etc are all done with Pitbull, just to cut down on the number of mods and keep the mem usage low. Although it does not give me the functionality of say Grid's raid frames it does what I need. My Pitbull layout based the design on Grid as you can probably tell.

Thanks
yes i use grid but only for the small space it takes up and never really thought about doing something like what you've done...but..i tried your download but only used the 2 pitbull files to just see what it would look like with my own art and the unit frames were not like your pix's show.do i need more from the wtf folder than just the 2 saved variable files for pitbull?

*edit* ok so i tried a complete new install with your 3 folders untouched and my unit frames look nothing like your setup in photos.player and target have "eyes only" portrait style running across the entire frame if ya know what i mean and raid frames are standard long bars covering the entire left side of screen...
