The addon/font files and the WTF folders are in two separate downloads! Make sure you get both the "Mainfile" and "WTF" files. The WTF files can be found under the tab "Optional Files".

Acaciaizm MiniMe UI edition in resolutions 1680x1050 and 1280x1024.
Don't forget to use the WTF folder package according to your resolution

INSTALLATION
-------------------------------------------

1) Rename your WTF and INTERFACE folders to WTF_Backup and INTERFACE_Backup
2) Extract the INTERFACE, WTF and Font folders from the pack to your WoW directory
3) In the WTF folder, rename all folders within brackets ( ex. [ACCOUNT] ) accordingly. These folders are caste sensitive.
4) Load up WoW and login
5) At the character selection screen, click "Addons" in the lower left portion of the screen. SINCE 3.0.3 Patch = BE SURE TO CHECK LOAD OUT OF DATE ADDONS. There are only a couple that are outdated, but they still function.
6) Things might be a bit out of place when you log in, redo your settings (graphics, Color depth etc) as you had them before.
7) Please note: the UI will NOT look according to the screenshots at your first login (the same with the rest of your characters when you log them in the first time). The following addons NEEDS to be set to the "default" profile:

* ClassTimer (default interface options)
* Omen (default interface options)
* SLDataText (/sldt)
* Bartender4 (/bt4)
* Recount (default interface options)
* Move the chat frames into position


* BACKUP YOUR WTF/ADDONS folders before copying!
* Remember to tick "Load out of date Addons" on the character screen
* Set "default" profiles

Click2Cast greatly helps with raid healing as it eases the use of click casting macros.

Regarding ckknigth's Rock: There is 1 FuBar at the middle top of the screen auto hiding where you will find most of the active plugins.



MiniChat

MiniChat handles the minimizing and expanding of the chat frames. A minor bug with MiniChat sometimes makes the frame stay in a minimized state when logging in. Just expand the window (it'll stay minimized but become highlighted) and just resize the frame upwards.

Pitbull
__________________
Raidframes are handeled via Pitbull.
The Healbot buff display is pre-configed for Druids via Raid -> Texts -> Buffs. This will show some of the more common buffs as colorized "." (dot's). This can be easily adjusted for other classes via DogTags (just change the text to your liking) .

Just change the text within "( )" according to your buffs to adjust it.

NOTE: if you experience performance issues in raids, try disabling Pitbull settings in the following order:

1. Buffs via DogTags: Raid -> Texts -> Buffs (un-check Enabled)
2. If 1 dosen't help: Disable Pitbulls Raid frames altogether and use Grid for raid frames (pre configed LUA files included).


Other

Hi

I was installing the ui (so far so good, still 1 problem)
i use 1960 x ... (something) and when i get invited or invite someone to a party
The ui doesn't show my party. even when "grid" is on.
Can someone help me ?

Check for class color option in SLDT. As you can see from SLDT's download page the addon is no longer in development and could possibly be needed to switched out of the compilation.

Appart from that, yes, the general features that makes the UI look and feel as it's supposed to, does still work. WITH addon updates as stated several times.

Is this working as intended still? I updated all out of date addons and my font colors are not orange clock time isn't orange, guild friends etc are around my character not on bottom bar


Ah to get the sldt stuff down at the bottom i had to disable/re-enable within /sldt . Now to fix colors!

update: I found the error why it does not work

buttofacade is out of date or damage ^ ^
redownload it on this site.

Both of you try the following:

Completely delete and re-download Bartender4.

Go to your WTF/Account/ACCOUNTNAME/SavedVariables folder.
Delete the file bartender4.lua


Redownload the WTF files (1680 version here: http://www.wowinterface.com/download...1680x1050.html)

Extract only the file located in WTF/Account/ACCOUNT/SavedVariables/Bartender4.lua and place it in your WTF/Account/ACCOUNTNAME/SavedVariables folder located in the World of Warcraft folder and try again.

I've re-downloaded and loaded the UI and it does work as intended (the lua file is present in the pack).

Type /bt and check that the correct profile is loaded. Otherwise please post a screenshot with the /bt option window open.

@Maggnix: The minimap should really hide that icon by default. Check the minimap options to see if it's been unchecked somehow.

@noelove: Installed the UI on my mac and I still have no issues, sounds really weird What you could do is disabling all addons and enable them one by one to see what causes the crash.

@Foopy:

1. Checked both the default ingame chat options and chatter's? Updated Chatter? If you have, try deleting the Chatter addon folders and redownload it.

2. Updated class timer? Try as above otherwise.

3. As for addon updaters I use Curse's updater myself with a premium subscription. If you decide to try out curse, make sure to put SharedMedia on exception from updates untill I update the UI.


On a general note, I'm in the works of updating the UI, specifically getting the unit frames over to Pitbull 4. I've also made sure to get the latest version of SharedMedia and thereby updating to the new my files folder that allows the addon to be updated without the risk of overwriting any personal settings. I don't have a ETA right now as there's a lot of small tweaking involved for all the different types of unit frames but it'll be out "soon" (tm).

Tried everything you just said and it still crashed my wow. My application bar on the bottom of my screen goes away, and then I get the error message.

That makes absolutely no sense!

First off just want to say amazing UI suite. I have been using it for over a year and always eagerly await the new releases. It's always such a pain to have to update after each patch... (shakes angry fist at Blizzard). Unfortunately I have had issues with it since the Ulduar patch.

Recently, after the 3.3 patch, I have had a couple of problems. I decided to do a complete re-install of the UI, and updated all the out of date addons(as far as I know anyways). At first things seemed to look fine, however I have noticed 2 issues crop up:

1. In the main chat box, I am unable to see any chat messages whatsoever. No general, trade, guild, party, raid, /tells, etc. I still get system messages, emotes, that kind of thing, just no chat messages. Strange I know.

2. Above your character name and health bar, where normally the HoT timer bars show up, doesnt seem to be working right. For example, I am a druid, I cast regrowth on myself. The first time I cast the proper bar appears and counts down. When the spell finishes, the regrowth bar remains there, stuck at 0 time left. If I cast regrowth again, or any other HoT, the bars dont update to the new spells and still only show the old regrowth bar.

I saw your post about how you did a clean UI install and addon update and said it was ok, but no luck for me I guess

Finally, a sort unrelated question. What multi-addon updater is the best to use these days? I tried this MMO Minion one advertised on the main WoW Interface page, though it's still in beta so not sure. Any suggestions? Many thanks in advance for any help

@noelove: I just tested to install the UI again and it works just fine for me with 3.3 with an addon update. Try updating the addons (watch out for sharedmedia though), try deleting all add-ons called "Blizzard_*" to get them re-installed and double check your folders (names and placement).


@Maggnix: Heh, tried updating add-ons? (all add-ons could use an update, though look specifically at the minimap and map ones.)
