After a month of tweaking, this is finally fully WoTLK ready. Enjoy.
Press number key 5 to exit your vehicle!
If you use your number pad for something else you'll have to re-map the button manually.
This custom user interface blends efficiency with aesthetic value. If you prefer a graphics heavy interface then this is not the compilation for you. Important: The UI has button paging. If you hold down the "alt" key it will bring up 24 more buttons.
The custom graphic can be found in the eepanels folder. It is named "C1.tga". If you have problems getting the UI to work, you can comb through this thread on the WoW forums:
Do not send me an in-game-mail or whisper about this UI; I will ignore you!
ADDONS
Baggins (puts all bags into one bag)
Buffalo (buff bars)
ButtonFacade (Makes buttons circles)
ClearFont2 (allows you to change your font)
ClosetGnome (just like "outfitter" - less memory)
Cowtip (places tool-tip under your mouse cursor)
eePanels2 (I'm using this to position the big circles you see on the UI)
FuBar (Addon navigation top-panel, with extras)
Omen (threat meter)
OmniCC (dynamic global cool down monitor)
Macaroon (Customizable buttons) You cannot update this with curse client!
MSBT (scrolling combat text)
PitBull (unit bars and raid frames)
Prat (customize your chat window)
Quartz (cast bar)
Recount (damage meter)
SimpleMiniMap (customize your minimap)
Skinner (replaces default user interface textures with simple gradient)
I Recommend you download the following ADDONS
Atlas (Let's you see what loot is in what instance).
DeadlyBossMod (Raid warnings and counters. Must have).
Questhelper (yeah, you need this).
Cartographer (Replaces default world map).
You can update this UI yourself with Curse Client.

Long time fan of your UI, been using it for a long time now. I have a question however regarding WotLK. I haven't downloaded your latest version that you currently have up now so I'm not sure if this is even an issue but I wanted to ask anyways. There are a lot of quests and places in the game where you will be using seige weapons etc that in the WoW interface causes a whole new bar to pop up. I currently don't have any bars coming up if I have macaroon enabled and running as you do. Any ideas?
go to fubar, click on macaroon, turn on "main blizzard bar". You might as well keep this on the whole time while doing northrend.
This is a macaroon problem. I hate macaroon, but I have no choice.

hey dude. UI looking as good as usual. I have one slight problem and not quite sure how to go about sorting it. the left hand big button is out of place, it is over to the right under the health bar. not sure where to reference the positions for it. could i also get a check on how the big the ui scale is supposed to be? cheers dude. and thanks for taking the time to keep this UI upto date.

Edit: I found the answer I was looking for. If anyone has the same problem you can go to downloads.com and get Winrar to open this file.

Elune-adore,
today I've tested most of my addons, and fortunately the bulk of the essential parts of Kasanes UI seems to work rather fine, except for Trinity. This is quite inconvenient, because without Trinity there are no more action bars and that really dampens the fun.
Maul (the inventor of Trinity) has apparently abandoned Trinity in favor of some new addon called Macaroon, which, according to him, should be able to to whatever Trinity could do. He even attempted to write a converter to get your Trinity-profile to Macaroon. At the moment though this converter doesn't work as it would be necessary for us users of KasaneUI.
So: No, at the moment this UI is not functional (at least for me), and it won't be until either someone (Kasane... ) replaces Trinity by Macaroon, or Maul gets his converter going.
@Xenned: The first problem is actually a feature, I think. I don't use it, but according to its description, Cowtip places the tooltip right besides your cursor.
For the second problem I would look into the menu of Phanxchat/Prat (whichever you use), this sounds like a function a chatmod would provide.
@Kasane:
I really hope you plan to update this UI. I've tested a lot of different Interfaces in my three year WoW-career, and this one is by far the best I've ever used. It would be a pity if such a wonderful compilation would die because of some stupid patch
