This addon is a plugin for LinkBot, to provide support for searching and linking tradeskill-type links, via the TradeskillDB_Links database. See the LinkBot readme file for general information. This particular plugin uses the "linkts" prefix (an abbreviation of "linktradeskill").
Examples:
!linkts <reg> ^enc.+health
This request uses a regular expression to return up to ten tradeskills from the database which start with the text "enc", and contains the text "health" somewhere thereafter. This will link Enchanting tradeskills which add health.
