Butsu is a small replacement for the default loot frame. It supports showing more than four items, and has a slick look. It doesn't have any settings, except the that it obeys the "Open loot frame at mouse".
You can move the frame by holding down <Alt> and clicking on the title.

Are you using the latest version? What does the error say? Using an error reporting add-on will also give you the debug stack, which also helps when it comes to debugging.

I was in Kara last night and was Loot master and when i tried to pass out the loot it didn't work, i came to the group and told it to pass to 1 person then when the confirmation window appeared i could press yes but the loot would not be passed on to him, dont have any error messages to help you.
