* Update TOC for patch 2.4

Rage is a head-up display of rage for warriors and druids in bear form*. When you enter combat it will appear, and when you leave combat it will hide.

Configuration:
* /rage opens the configuration frame
* Press buttons, slide slider.
* While the options frame is open, the Rage display is draggable (as is the options frame itself)

FAQ
Q: Does it track energy or mana?
A: It's called "Rage".

Q: Can you put a bar in?
A: Hell no. A bar is a waste of space that gives you a touchy-feely sort of idea of how much rage you have, that is impractical and useless for any sort of rage management. lrn2play.

Q: Can I make the font bigger than 35?
A: No. That seems to be a hard limit. Even increasing the scale doesn't work.

Q: Why does it take so long for the rage number to appear or disappear when I change forms?
A: Seems that sometimes the game takes its time firing the event that tells Rage when you've changed forms. It'll get around to it eventually!

Q: How do I get more fonts to choose from?
A: Rage uses the SharedMedia library, so the fonts you get from whatever other addons you have that use it will all be available.
