Shadow UI v6 Remix!
This is my take on Giddeon's Shadow UI v6. I did alot of art editing. Lots of customization with this one. This is for 1440x900 widescreen resolution.

Now with Stuf unit frames! Better look and performance

Special thanks to Camma for the buttons which i colored and the dialog framework you see.


Installation:

Step one: Rename your WTF and Interface folders to WTFold and Interfaceold
Step two: Unzip the Shadow UI to either your desktop(or where ever you want to unzip the files)
Step three: Put the interface folder, WTF folder and Font folder in your world of warcraft directory (should be C:/Programs/Worldofwarcraft)
Step Four: inside the WTF folder you will see an account folder. Enter that folder and inside there you will see a folder that says ACCOUNT NAME. Rename this folder to your log in/account name. Make sure you put your account name in all caps!
Step five: Inside the ACCOUT NAME folder you will see a Server Name folder. Rename this folder with your servers name.
Step six: Inside the Server Name folder there is a Character Name folder. Rename this folder with the character you wish to use this ui with.
Step seven: Log in type /reflux switch Shadow UI

You MUST include the caps or it will not install correctly.

DO NOT DELETE OR UPDATE EEPANELS. I am only using that folder to house the art. it is not the actual mod.

10/9/08- total revamp and updating of all mods.

10/20/08 - updated fixed errors for 3.0

2/1/09 - updated addons, replaced some addons since they werent being updated.

2/6/09 - Fix a few bugs, this now works with death knights and any other classes.

4/18/09 - Updated for 3.1. Redid unit frames with Stuf unit frames.

hi sorry , i dont know if this has been asked before but when i tried login into one of my other chars and did the /reflux switch Shadow UI nothing went right things arent in the right places etc and i got no animated portrait etc wondering if there is anything i need to do to my wow folder to make this work for all my other chars ?

sorry im being a pain now

since i updated mik scrolling battle text i get these messages in yellow on the right rolling up the screen where u would get the buff gains and stuff

these only seem to pop up when im in major cities anything u can suggest would be wicked cheers in advance

hi there cracking ui just got rid of one ive been using for months cause this looked so great added a few things that i cant leave but just 1 thing i cant find a way of getting the minimap icons to show dunno why any thing u could suggest would be awesome cheers

lol sorry i need a slap i found it now yet again uber job on this its niiiiiiice as hell

That would be quartz. Type /quartz and disable buffs/debuffs

Hello!
I just updated my addons using WoWMatrix and now i got the folowing issue:

As you can see now my target's buffs/debuffs now appear in the midle of the screen and i'd like to disable that. Could you help me with this and tell me how do i put it back the way it was before i updated the addons (like it was on the original UI).

I'm sure Ranondayo speaks for many of us non widescreen users. I would love to see a possible 1280x1024 version. I'm not sure how much trouble it would be but it seems all the really inventive and over the top UI's are strictly widescreen. Which stinks because I don't think I can afford one any time soon. :*(

Anyways. Amazing looking UI just the same.

I love the look of this UI. Any chance of making it for 1280x1024 resolution? Also installed the folders and followed the steps to get everything into the WoW folder, logged in and typed the /reflux switch shadow UI and nothing looked like your screen shot for the UI. Everything was all overlapping in the center of the screen.

ah ok that is part of Stuf unit frames. Simply type /stuf bring up the menu. Click on player then scroll down till you see rune bar.
