NEWS [11/12/09]:The UI has finally come back with an update! Sorry about the long wait, I've been busy with other stuff lately. Right now, the update is only available for an aspect ratio of 16:10 (or 8:5). Further updates will follow. Enjoy!
ABOUT THE UI: This is a UI I started myself, for myself about a year ago last month. I just got done getting out of my Diablo II phase and wanted to go back to playing WoW. With that, I decided to create my own UI rather than download a new one or use Blizzard's UI.
My intention was to make a Diablo themed UI, but I had no idea on how it was going to look after I was done, because it certainly didn't look like what it looks like today (Link goes to a time line of my UI over the past year, it's come so far... *sniff*).
Month after month, I was constantly changing my UI, trying to get it just right. Once I had it where I wanted it, I submitted it to WoWInterface.com as Griswold's Legacy - Diablo UI Version 1. Some people liked it, others said it was too much of a screen hog, which is a sure sign of a minimalist, not that I have anything against them of course.
I took the UI off the web for a while because after Diablo III was announced, zork submitted a Diablo themed UI of his own, calling it Roth UI. I was really jealous because he did such a good job and everyone praised him and casted my UI aside. I know now that was a foolish assumption, but it had me flaring with jealousy at the time. But we're cool now, don't worry.
So now Griswold's Legacy - Diablo UI is back on the web, it looks flashier than ever, and it's here to stay with more updates to come. I love configuring, altering, and adding to this UI, and I'm going to keep doing it. Hope you enjoy!

Originally posted by Un4given What addon is being used to link items? For some reason, when i try to send them through chat, people dont see them.
Linking items through chat is a default feature, no AddOn is producing this.
Are you sure you're not trying to link this through anything else besides Guild Chat or Trade Chat? Other wise you can't link items through other channels such as General or Looking For Group or Guild Recruitment.
I hope I'm understanding your question correctly.

Well tested it out, and even with 8.5 and UI scale on, nothing matches up at 1280x800.

The only thing I can think of at the moment to fix that would be to download Fontain, a simple AddOn that changes font sizes in-game and also the font for individual frames and such. It's pretty handy, but I hadn't used it myself lately so I removed it from the package.

Originally posted by Herecius I downloaded your mod today, and I have to say, it looks AMAZING. This totally transforms my WoW experience in the best way. Just one problem... I can't seem to right click -anything- in my inventory! Also, I can't right click to sell things anymore, either. Any ideas what may be causing this? It's a big concern, because I can't quest with items that require right clicks.
I'm willing to play without any bag mods, but... honestly, once you have a bag mod, it's so PAINFUL to go back!
Btw, I've switched in OneBag instead of the other inventory Mod... because the other one wouldn't let me click on anything, let alone right click ((( But I'd be happy to go back to ArkInventory if you could clear up that problem instead
EDIT: FIXED Foolish me, when I checked 'use all old addons' and so forth, I accidentally enabled an addon I'd been meaning to be rid of. Removing that fixed everything.
Best UI ever ftw
Very kind of you to say that, I'm glad you are enjoying the UI
To be honest, I started the UI out by using OneBag in the first place, but when 3.0.2 came out, I immediately had problems with it and hasn't worked correct since then, same with OneBank. So I switched to ArkInventory and personally, I like it better because you can customize it and sort out your items, making questing and crafting a LOT easier.
You may once in a while, with ArkInventory, run into a problem where there is a dark tinted layer over your items and you won't be able to click on anything or interact with anything, this is a known issue with ArkInventory and similar bag mods and can't be fixed until next patch. To fix it, just simply restart WoW, reloading the UI may or may not fix this.
Again, I'm glad you got the ArkInventory working, hope you enjoy the UI! If you have any more questions, ask me here or feel free to e-mail me (address is included in the instructions provided with the zip folder).
