ExpJunkie 2.0 rRingMod conversion.

Experience Junkie

Adds a ring around the people in your party, displaying their experience, that also have ExpJunkie. Currently only shows the exp in a ring/bar format.

Upcoming features:

1) Rested/Non Rested display
2) Experience amounts added to portrait tooltip
3) Gained level announcement for party and guild
4) Move Player exp bar to a ring around the portrait.

Thanks to Zork for making rRingMod to help make this possible.
