Is there a way to change the gnome with a simple button? I don't know lua but I'm willing to try if someone can give me some pointers.

Not surprising. Determining if an item has actual durability involves tooltip scanning AND localization, which seems total overkill.

gread addon as usual when its tekmade,however it seems Nudist removes items based on slot more than durability.
i had this equipped http://www.wowhead.com/?item=33862
and clicking the little gnome uneqipped this no durability item.
