Parrot   Popular! (More than 5000 hits)
Notice: Parrot will be eventually be rewritten and called Parrot2 and will use DogTags and other goodies.

Profalbert has been a great help in keeping Parrot updated since 2.4. It is current with the 3.1 patch.


This update is *not* Parrot2. Instead it has been made to work with 2.4 by profalbert, and these are his fixes/updates. There may still be bugs. I will get to Parrot2 when I have the time to.



Floating Combat Text of awesomeness. Caw. It'll eat your crackers.


This is a replacement for Blizzard's floating combat text.

Features:
  • Can change fonts
  • Multiple scroll animations to choose from
  • Choose what events you want to see and where
  • Customize how you want to see your info
  • Show spell/ability names and icons
  • Create as many scroll areas as you want
  • Suppress events you don't want to see
  • Create custom triggers

Issues with 1.7
This is a very great addon, for some reason the one on this site gave me major issues. I went on curse.com and dowloaded the working version of this addon from there. It's updated to work with 3.2, don't know if anyone who downloaded this from here got it to work but if you didn't. Get it from Curse.

If you took the time to register on the Ace forums you would see the link to download it

In the WoWAce forums there is a user that says he has a link to fix the coding issue, however I cannot click on any hyperlink in the forum. Could someone post it here? WoW isnt the same without Parrot.

Yeah I assume it's the new combat log that stops it from working.
