It's based on Monitor Status; but most, if not all, of the code is original.

It displays health and mana for you (and your pet if you have one) as text in the lower middle of your screen. It will also show energy as its real value instead of a percent in case you have 110 or 120. It will also show your combo points next to your energy. It will also show runic power as its real value in case you have a cap of 110, 120, or 130.

Also includes optional folders to support target and party. You can disable or delete either of these.

That is all. I don't want this add-on to get bloated with a ton of nonsense.

near the top of TextHUD.xml you should see

<RelDimension x="-0.03" y="-0.09"/>

the y="-0.09" means 9% of the screen height below the center of the screen.

to move it up try higher values like -0.05 or 0 or 0.05

as for ram usage, i guess each time it updates the values it holds the old values in ram. this prolly saves cpu time in exchange for an insignificant increase in ram usage. until the UI does a "garbage collection" and gets rid of them all in one go. don't know for sure tho. im not too worried about it.

there's no config, which also means no in-combat only option

if I wanted this to display a little higher up on the screen -- say, waist level, instead of below feet -- would I modify the first Anchors (TOP CENTER) > RelDimension > y value in line 11 of TextHUD.xml to do so? Or do I need to find something in TextHUD.lua?

I two questions, though:

- Is there a slash command of some sort to TextHUD to have a config screen displayed ?

you will need a mod that hides those frames and keeps them hidden.

I looked around for a bit and found this:

Hiding WoW Unite Frames

I really dig this mod and I would like to use it as my HUD but I want to know how to hide the stock Unit Frames. Any help would be appreciated.

I meant, like some mods that display stats (FPS, MEM, Time, etc), those can be moved by alt-drag.
