Bongos Cornucopia is the successor of Bongos Skinned Map. It adds many extra Bongos bars to your interface. Some bars are really simple, others are highly customizable.
Hardcore users may be glad to know that, besides Bongos Cornucopia being divided into several addons, most of them are modular.
Please always use the newest Bongos 3 version to prevent bugs!

Originally posted by Darkon Hey Jaliborc, do you think Bongos Cornucopia's reincarnation will be ready for WotLK's release? My UI is just not the same without.
Sorry, but I don't want to make promises, and risk to break them. I will post here when Cornucopia is close to be ready.
Sounds great, then it's definately worth the wait. While I'm not an author myself (if I could ever make myself sit down long enough to teach myself), I do like how Ace authors have a number of libraries to help write addons, as well as integrate with others and the game.
I'll keep an eye out and when you do release, I'll provide any beta testing help you might still need.
Originally posted by Fashionabull Any news on your "HUGE" project? As a fan of Bongos Cornucopia and Scrap, really interested to see what else you come up with.
I can ensure you that Scrap and Cornucopia are my main priorities right now. However, I think I didn't explain myself as I wanted to in my last post. Yes, I'm working on something HUGE, but it's not the successor of Cornucopia.
I didn't want to release any details until the project is operational, but it is almost ready (Finally!) and as I know you're a long time user... here it goes.
Do you know what libraries are? Have you ever heard of Ace3? Well, if you know, read the long answer, which should be quite enlightening. If you don't, you will have to stick with the short one.
Short Answer (for the average user): I'm working in something really complicated, that is totally necessary to apply my ideas for Cornucopia's successor and should be useful for my other mods or even other addon's authors.
Long Answer (for authors, coders, advanced users,...): I really needed a library that could allow me to easily create options for Cornucopia, but couldn't find any one that could fill my needs. Even AceConfig3 was too inflexible and didn't look like Blizzard default interface. So, I decided to create my own.
My objectives are to create an extremely versatile library that is easy to use, not only by users and addon's authors, but also for who wants to create his own menu types, layouts, or even widgets! I plan to start using it on Scrap first (that's how I'm going to get rid of the dropdown menu) and see how it runs. When it is 100% functional, I will finally go for Cornucopia.
I hope I've been clear enough. If something is not well written/explained, my apologies, because I'm not a native English speaker.
Originally posted by jaliborc I ensure you that leaving Cornucopia is not one my plans for the future. I've not been updating my mods because I'm working on something HUGE... And big projects take much time when its an "one men job". XD
I expect to upload a beta version soon at it is at an advanced evolution state.

At first I'd like to say that I'm a big fan of Cornucopia.
But Tuller has stopped the development of Bongos there will be no future for Bongos Cornucopia.
So the question is. Will there any Version of Cornucopia for Dominos?
It would be very nice cause I'm planing to switch from Bongos to Dominos and I'll gonna to miss Cornucopia if there would be no Version for Dominos.

PS: I'm sorry about my bad english
Edit: I'm sorry that I'm not the first guy with that idea and that I annoy you with the same request like the others.

Dear Jaliborc,
I hope you consider adapting Cornucopia to the new Dominos mod for purposes too obvious to state. Many people use your mod for it's many additional modular features and would appreciate---no, idolize you if you did not discontinue your amazing work. Please consider this! :O

by the way I did code comparison between bongos and dominos, they're very similar. Dominos is much cleaner, and lightweight. I suspect you'll have no trouble porting it over to cornucopa ;-)

Those are the 2 options I see right now: or I adapt Cornucopia for Dominos, or I create my own addon. But I will never take over Bongos: I can inspire that addon with Bongos, but I don't appreciate taking over other people creations.

I also have many questions and opinions about this "start over", but I think it's not appropriate to discuss other authors' decisions.
