Improved Camera brought back for the new interface menu in 2.4.

The idea for this addon is originally not mine, but I decided to release this as the old one stopped working for 2.4.

Thanks to Trashy who posted how to on Curse.com.
Also thanks to Rewad/Trashy/Drool who were the authors of the original ImprovedCamera.
