You should delete your old StunWatch SavedVariables located at World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\AccountName\SavedVariables\StunWatch.lua before installing the beta. They most likely won't interfere with the new StunWatch's operation, but it will help keep your SavedVariables clean. : )
StunWatch is a Stun/Debuff tracker capable of tracking most Rogue abilities. You can choose which debuffs to track, and edit things like scale, growth direction, and bar fill-up.
It's only able to track your debuffs on your target or focus, so mouseover macros will not create a bar. However, if you target (or focus) the unit you just debuffed, it will instantiate a bar for any debuff present on that unit that is not already being tracked.

Yes, new version is coming soon. : ) I would have done it a long time ago but I've been pretty apathetic towards WoW in general for some time now. I apologize for the wait.
I'm going to attempt to fix this bug, and once I'm done with that I'm going to continue working on a new addon. After THAT, I'll begin implementing some of these other options you guys have requested. Cheers.
What I would do is, Cheap Shot, then Rupture right after, and then the Rupture bar would be under the Cheap Shot, to make it grow up, I'd have to recheck the option, whenever I reload the interface/logout, I must repeat this process :\
Also, I realized that I said the option didn't work, I was wrong :P

I haven't been able to reproduce this problem; could you explain in more detail what you are doing when this occurs? I tried clicking it on, reloading, clicking it off, reloading, etc. Sometimes I did it twice, and I always tested to make sure it worked.

Try deleting the StunWatch folder from World of Warcraft/Interface/AddOns/StunWatch/ and deleting StunWatch.lua file from World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\AccountName\SavedVariables\StunWatch.lua, then reinstall StunWatch. If that doesn't work, post here again.

This is small, but does get old sometimes. I have the bar close to the edge of my screen and the scale set to max.
Every time I log in the scale resets back to default and, in turn, moves the bar half way off the screen. going back into settings and fixing the scale puts the bar back to where i had it, but is there a way to fix this so I don't have to go into settings every time I log?
If you find any bugs, let me know; I check this page several times a day. The same goes for suggestions, though I can't guarantee I'll implement just anything.
