    Preform AV Enabler allows the group/raid leader to solo queue everybody (with this addon) simultaneously with a button press. In addition, the group/raid leader can also force members with the addon installed to either leave queues or join the majority's battleground instance. A status window allows all those with the addon installed to view the current queue status of each other.

    The status window's information includes: if a member's battlefield instance window is open or not and which battlemaster it is, if they are queued for any battlegrounds, which battleground instances they received, which battleground they may be in, and if they have deserter or not and its current duration.

    The automation feature will auto-queue the raid when everybody is ready, and auto-join or auto-leave queues depending on the threshold set.

    To use, open a battlemaster window and click the Preform AV Enabler button, type /preformav, or click "Preform" on the menu that appears when right clicking the minimap battleground icon.

    lui v3/ av enabler conflict
    was able to find a resolution for this incase anyone else is having this issue

    go into the interface folder and delete the party fix script.

    WoW\Interface\AddOns\LUI\scripts\partyfix.lua.

    now works like a charm...

    been using this awsome addon for a while now, however, when using the LUI v3 interface, i get the status unknown, uninstalled error, any ideas on how to remedy this?

    Have tried reinstalling both, redoing my wtf files, etc

    If you use LUI like i do, they have some stupid "oversized parameter filter" hooked into SendAddonMessage that prevents sending updates, you can comment it out inside ./addons/LUI/scripts/partyfix.lua.

    Doesnt work for me
    Whenever the raid leader tries to use preformav it says status unknown/not installed.

    It even shows that for me when i look in the menu even though i have the latest version installed

    I just wanted to say thank you very much for keeping this updated. I remember a few years ago that you made this addon with only the ability for horde to use it and ally cannot. Is this still true?

    Also, as a Horde player, I have to admit that solo queing means 5-15 min ques these days, which is terrible, and almost completely nullifies the use of the addon.

    But, on a positive note, what we have been doing for days when we don't do RBGs, we will get like 15 people together and que for AV. When only 15 people we have had pretty good luck on getting 15 of us into the same BG.

    While this is not as good as the old days of getting instant ques and being able to get in 35+ people in the same premade AV, 15 good people is more than enough to win with a perfection. Massive Honor and tons of classic AV fun.

    You rock man!

    /prays for Horde BG ques to become less and less...

    For sure... I have found we still use it for AV on the weekends... we have successfully gotten in 10+ people in the same random dungeon, but we only try when the que times are short.

    Premades seem only possible for OTHER specific BGs when it is the holiday weekend, though there always tends to be at least 1 AV going on on weekends too. Sadly, that means premades only Fri-Monday til Cataclysm week long holidays comes.

    Blizzard really isn't helping PVP, but from what I can tell they are trying to funnel everyone into the same BGs. A practice that isn't really good for PVP as a whole, imo, as you are only limiting their options and forcing people to PVP in BGs they care less about.

    But, at least your addon helps get around some of that nonsense.

    Thank you very much for updating... this is a fantastic addon... Too bad with the current system it is really only useful right now for trying to get in maybe 7-8 in a random which is cool, but useful on the bonus weekend.

    But ya, the addon has been bugged, though not completely unusable, just bugged, and you have to click different BGs to get it to pop.

    Actually I do "connect here" and check comments to my addons and PMs almost every day despite not having played the game for months. Nobody told me that a patch broke my addon until two days ago. And even though I am no longer playing the game (and indeed not have even used this addon in years) I am paying Blizzard $15 to resub and spending a couple of my nights to work on this for you.

    And if WoWI took down a derivative of my work recently, it was not at my request, although it would have been if I had seen it. I suggest you read up on copyright law if you think open source means "I can see the code."

    I am a major fan of this addon in my guild...

    I have tested your addon and it is very nice in the added utility for the random BGs... BUT, there was a problem --

    With the original and yours there is a problem where if you que for AV it ques random -- AB and WSG are normal -- if you que EOTS it ques AV, SOTA ques you EOTS... etc

    Anyway to fix this?

    While the author doesn't connect here to update the addon, I made a correction that works with the new random battleground system. It's a pity that no one could make an unofficial fork of this addon in this site. There was one of them posted here and WoW Interface erased it due an author's reclamation.

    Here's an update I made for my pals. You could download it here www.pvpfordummies.com/av.zip Only works for spanish and english people. If you want to have a translated version in your language you need to edit the localization file of your language and add these lines:

    PREFORM_AV_ENABLER_RANDOM_ABR = "Rnd.";
    PREFORM_AV_ENABLER_RANDOM = "(insert here the exact name of the random battleground name)";

    per example for spanish people you have to edit localization.es.lua and add these lines

    PREFORM_AV_ENABLER_RANDOM_ABR = "Rnd.";
    PREFORM_AV_ENABLER_RANDOM = "Campo de batalla aleatorio";

    and save the file.

    The popup dialogs are from Blizzard's code. I intentionally added a warning (!) triangle to the popup box so as to make them more distinguishable from normal queue popups. This also makes the box wider. I'm not sure if the buttons are spread apart wider as well, but if they are you might want to click the leftmost edge of it or whatever.

    I probably won't be changing this, because making my own custom popup system could (and probably would) create problems with them appearing over or under other frames in some UIs. UIs are designed around Blizzard's popups.
