Yes, the AceConsole library provides the /rl, /print, and other slash commands. Cosmos also has this in its ReloadUI mod, which was linked already.
Without any of these, you need to type /console reloadui or /script ReloadUI()

I don't understand why this would be a joke, it's a simple addon for a simple purpose, if you believe this is a built in function then your horribly wrong Ace2 provides it by default but I don't use any Ace2 addons.
