In the MainTank-Targets window I see if someone else has the same target like me, guess I didn't notice the highlight since it's really just a little grey.
What I did now is changing the color to something better visible :)

I think it's about the "optimization" hipe ... dhud unregisters events from the unitframe (that are already unregistered by dab to prevent them to show up) und register them again after zoning, which will cause them to appear.

but .. it don't :)

I have not looked into it because I'm at work right now but I fixed nurfed_combatlog for use with german client some time ago.
The trick is that the german format strings contains numbers for switching the parameters.. so e.g. it had to look for %$1s instead just %s
I used something like string.gsub(globalString, "%%+s", "(.+)...
