You can change the UI Scale on WoW interface and try to fit, but youīll probably need to manually resize some UI elements (pitbull frames, kgPanels, dominos bars) which can be painfull.

Yeah... the bars above the player / target / focus are EBB.
Just type /ebb config then go to Group Settings and youīll see a bunch of groups.
Just go group by group and select: Show Anchor and you uīll see what and where each group is.
With the anchors being shown, just right click on the anchor to customize...
