Is there a way to set this addon to have a Default profile so the settings carry over to all my characters? I don't want to have to keep copying settings across characters and re-copying every time I make a change...

I can't get picoFPS to show up in my ButtonBin at all. I see it listed in ButtonBin's checklist of addons, but its not shown anywhere. Am I missing something? All my other LDB addons show up fine.
