Show all the time - tabs and typing box - request

I love that this mod returns the look of the chat window to pre 3.3.5 and removes the awful tab textures, however, I have a slightly different issue than everyone else. I do NOT want the edit/typing box, window tabs OR the buttons to disappear at all. Pre 3.3.5, ALL of those, except the buttons to the left of the box were all display...
