Not the author but i had similar issue. This layout uses the ouf that is included in the download and not the newest version of ouf. with the newest version of ouf the unit frame breaks apart. rogue - gunship issue - bar stops allowing keypress or clicks

I have an issue with the bar on gunship when going from a cannon to dps and back into cannon. enhancement set: by default flame shock and earth shock are yellow icons, if you cast flame shock on target you get red icon on both flame shock and also earth shock as expected but when the cooldown of 6 seconds has passed earth shocks icon still stays red but flame shock goes back to yellow with red timer above as expected.
