Curse of Weakness

I have a problem with curse of weakness:
I want my warlock to say "Feeling weakened, HITNAME?" when he successfully does the curse on someone. But if I use "success" or "succeeded" (/spelling add weakness # Curse of Weakness # success # say # 3 # Feeling weakened, HITNAME?) then my char says this even if the target resists the curse...
