Uploaded a new version with some bug fixes. Mainly disabling while looting / in combat. I will start working on adding new features now, mainly around the "other" tracking methods (low-level quests, mailboxes, etc.).

Good ideas about the cities...I don't see a problem with the logic, I just need to code it. Not sure about the PVP/invasion thing. Of course, it will turn itself off when you are in combat.
