Thank you SO MUCH for bringing /qh find back! I miss it so much you won't believe. I've only used that feature when farming. Just to occasionally check if i'm wandering out of the area where that mob is located, and waypoint feature while i'm getting there. as for finding items as well as npc's, well, it could be nice for the ite...
