I can't find the option to display selected debuffs over enemy nameplates anymore. Has it been removed with this version?

Hi
Really great Addon have been using it for some time now.
Since the last version tracking Item Cooldowns (namely Synapse Springs on Hands) doesn't work anymore :/
I chose the following options:
Icon Type: Cooldown
Enabled
Name/ID: 10
Show Timer
Show Timer Text
Cooldown Type: Item
Show Icon when: Always
The problem is...

The new version works perfect only the sound is a little bit low compared to the other WoW sounds. Is there a possibility to increase the volume?
