First of all, love this addon - makes it much easier to play my lock. I do need a bit of help though. When I read the description I should be able to do this but I can figure it out. I have the exact same issues, player pootrait either wont show, or shows up as target - funny thing is it shows up as full body even though I have portrait enabled for both player and target. The backup delete doesnt change a thing, just fiddling with a new gui and only have ZMC for that one character.
