 Vertical micro menu only 1 column in 4.3.2

Is it just me or is anyone else still go problems with the vertical micro menu bar in ver 4.3.2? I won't allow any changes to the amount of columns and is stuck in 1 column view. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I also have the non-saving issue between relogs. Version 2-7 was working fine for me and the problem only started with 2-8.
