Is the lag indicator still working in 4.0.1? I just installed the addon for the first time (sans any plugins) and cannot find an option to enable it.

Is there a way to capitalize text with a pattern tag? I didn't see anything in the pattern tag help, and trying different modifiers didn't work. Thanks.

Cannot get two-column chat frames to work.

For the life of me I cannot figure out how to enable two-column chat frames. I have the high-cpu modules enabled from the addon screen but I cannot figure it out from there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Both ToT and Threat text refuse to disappear.

I know the ToT issue is a well-known bug, but I'm also having issues with the threat text, in that it will not disappear even though the "Show threat" option is unchecked. Otherwise, thanks for the great addon.
