 SoM - ilvl filter not functioning?

I was so happy to see that Sell-O-Matic allowed for ilvl filtering of sales. Recently been running a lot of old world dungeons and stuff, and selling off all the blues and epics was tedious to do manually, so looked forward to this addon.
Problem is, it doesn't appear that the logic is working properly behind the sell features....
