Feral Bar

Just finished raiding as my Resto Druid and the Feral bar popped up in Tree form, overriding the default bar's triggers. I'll be looking into it myself later. Also, the "in Range" logic always has my Target faded. For now I simply set the value to 1 so that I don't have the issue.

I like not having clutter and this really works to reinforce that. I have tried it on my tiny handheld at 800x480, and on my desktop at 2560x1600, making both feel snappy and immensely usable.
