They should only be the standard blizzard ones before the arena starts and switch over once the arena begins. I haven't really figured out how to fix this completely though. :(

m_actionbars need to be configured in the config.lua inside the addon directory, you'll need a program like notepad+ to edit it properly. The config.lua is set up pretty straight forward though and you should be quite easily able to change font size or button size in there.
