It is installed (extracted) properly, still not showing in the list when I open Wow :(

This Addon would be great, but eventhough I download it, then extract it to wow-addons folder, it wont show on the addon list where I can tick those addons I wish to use. (I have tried Load outdated addons also) If theres anyone who knows what should I do, please answer here!
