As i play both holy and disc, and lately also shadow.. this UI isnt focused on 1 particular priest spec.
Depending on your spec, you will probably only have to adjust vuhdo if you want to use the click casting system and the buff manager.

As i have quitted wow for some time i cannot check out those errors ingame.. so all i can suggest is deleting your cache folder.. this sometimes helped when i got wowcrashes...
About the missing box, this is omen threatmeter, to make it visible type /omen show

i do not speak german, however, i think i understand you have a problem with reflux?
I sometimes get a wowerror too.. then i go to my world of warcraft folder, delete my Cache folder and then restart wow again and try reflux again, usually that works.
