 icons not fading after dispel

hello i d liek to ask , why if i have icons enabled and for example icon ll pop up , i dispel the stuff , but icon is still there with the timer running , even the buff is already gone ..
is there an option to fix this ?
recently i got this issue when i moved from bars to icons , and dont know how to fix it , coz its so missle...
