Clique Problem

Hey guys i have been using clique for a while now and i cannot find a solution to this problem, occasionly and for no apprant reason when i am alt left or right clicking heal spam on a target the wow hand icon will become shaded grey and i wont be able to click the heal off on the target, when this occurs and i try to manually click...
