 Threat not displaying

I'm attempt to get the bar to recolor on threat gain, however it's not working.
I have the tank option enabled and have relogged/reloaded UI many times.

All the profiles should be "Amalyth - Stormreaver."
If there aren't any in the profiles list, let me know and I'll upload another compilation ensuring that they are all saved.
