Now correct me if this has changed since a couple weeks ago...
I was playing with BindPad on the PTR and messing with my mage's dual spec.
Yes, the hotkeys swap over, so what i had bound to X in fire, no longer works for Arcane. However, Bindpad still had the icon and the X bound to that spell.
