Is there anyway to change the non-target opacity? are there any extras I have to install in order to do this? because I have no in-game config options

I use AzCastBar's "smoothbar" textu...

I use AzCastBar's "smoothbar" texture for all of my addons but every single time I log in I have to type /acb for those addons to use that texture.. is there anyway around this?
