 Well, I got most of the UI working...

Well, I got most of the UI working now. Problem is my bars aren't showing up unless I unlock them in bartender, when I lock them they're gone.

Typed that exactly and nothing happened after the loading screen. Also grabbed these from BugSack.

Is it supposed to come set up?
Whenever I start WoW (followed all the instructions) its all in the default spots.
