I cannot be certain that Lightheaded is the sole culprit, but here's the scenario: Lightheaded - r315 EveryQuest - r167 TomTom - v40000-1.0.0 AtlasQuest - 4.5.0 Beta After the 4.0.1 patch, I deleted my WTF folder entirly and started fresh.
