Just simply having both installed doesn't ensure that the Tidy Plates: Threat Plates theme is active in Tidy Plates.
The simple thing to do first is double check that you have your Tidy Plates themes set to Threat Plates.

The combo point widget doesn't upda...

The combo point widget doesn't update until I change the target and click again on my enemy.
Sometimes it updates without changing the target but way too slow (and this never happens when I keep the right mouse button pressed to look around).
It takes more than 5 secons to show the correct amount of combo points on my target.
