tomtom and tourguide compatibility

I was wondering how hard it would be to make tomtom compatible with tourguide. I use Jame's Alliance Leveling guide and he uses tourguide as his in-game Leveling guide(this is free so you can download it for testing purposes). Whenever im questing I find that tomtom tells me to go to a place when tourguide tells me to go elsewhere...
