Target Name Update

Ok,
it seems oUF Nivaya has the same problem as Examiner.
Easy fix for me and the problem with the incorrect target names was to go to the .lua and replace "GetDifficultyColor" with "GetQuestDifficultyColor".
As a really quick fix, if your comfortable editing lua code...
1) Go to /Interface/AddOns/oUF_Nivaya
2) Open oUF_...
