I figured out what the problem was. When I did the clean install the first time, I must have still had the game running in the background. I closed everything down and did a fresh install and all seems to be running fine now. Thanks for all your help and for an awesome ui. :)

I'm running at 1.6 ratio and yes I renamed the old UI and WTF folders beforehand. This has happened for my priest, rogue and hunter so far.
