i did a brief search of the comments and wasn't able to spot anything about this but I'm wondering if its at all possible for cooldownwatch to track internal/hidden cool downs?
for example eclipse has a 15s duration but a 30s internal cool down from when the buff procs (i think those numbers are correct).
anyway fantastic addon!
