 SavedVars not keeping

I seem to be having a problem with the SavedVariables not staying after configuring a characters profile. Some of the variables 'stick' but some do not.
I've checked the SavedVars file to confirm and sure enough, the spellIDs are back on the list even though i had unchecked them and logged out properly to get them to save.
