i've tried on many toons on many realms (first time install) and i've never seen the buttons show up even removed all my other mods to make sure it wasn't a conflict kinda what the last person said too....

It might be how you are clicking. The quest you want needs to be selected before you ALT-CLICK it. It works the same way the quest watch does, except with ALT-CLICK instead of SHIFT-CLICK. edit* it's not...even tried it with disabled ctmods, etc --even installed "doublewide" to see if that'd help, nothing same; tried on 2 diff...
