Is or would there be any way to allow the creation of custom triggers based on target that gained/lost the debuff/buff. As in I only want the trigger to run if the target that gained the debuff/buff was Bob, if Mary gained/lost the debuff/buff nothing would happen. The only options now are "any, target, focus, self".
