make also sure he is not fixed in your interface options.
press esc go to interface options.

I have problem with the chat frame and grid frame (Picture nr3), they are not showing the black background and the chat frame are to wide :(. i have try to open it in kgpanels and put it on but i cant. will someone please help me with this in step by step please?
